They responded in a timely manner on line for repair. A tech came in 3 days for repair. I needed service on my washing machine and a month later on my dryer. Service fee was reasonable. The tech, Kanstantsin, was excellent. He showed us where the issue was and explained the issue for both machines. He was super nice. The washer was not cost effective to fix but the dryer was. Excellent job all around.

Finally, a great repairman! I’d become discouraged dealing with local repair companies (and home warranty companies) but found Kanstantsin at Elemental Appliance through his great reviews. Set up an appointment for two appliances. Kanstantsin is a very nice young man who was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future. No more home warranties; just want to pay good people for good work!

We finally found a great repair service. Konstantine responded immediately to diagnose the problem with our built in ice maker and came back within days with the replacement part. He was very careful with the removal and replacement of the unit not to damage the cabinets or floors. He also followed up a few days later to make sure all was well with the repair.
